Our Commitment to Diversity
Kranovich Law, Attorneys at Law

As a minority business, Kranovich Law advocates for programs and policies designed to promote diversity and equal opportunities for all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status. At Kranovich Law diversity means more than just acknowledging and/or tolerating the differences in individuals. Honoring diversity includes acceptance and respect of others and knowing how to relate to qualities, conditions and experiences that are different from our own. Our firm understands and respects the importance of diversity.

Diversity in the Legal Profession

Kranovich Law has long been supportive of and actively involved in promoting diversity within the Oregon State Bar. We are committed to promoting the development and advancement of minority law students and attorneys in the legal community. Our firm is dedicated to educating others and working towards eliminating patterns and practices that perpetuate racism and discrimination in our judicial system. Our firm is a strong supporter of the Oregon State Bar Affirmative Action Program and champion of the Opportunities in Law In Oregon (OLIO), an orientation program designed to recruit and retain minority law students in Oregon. We regularly serve as mentors and advisors to Oregon minority law students. Members of our firm support and belong to Oregon Minority Lawyers Association (OMLA), Oregon Women Lawyers Association (OWLS), the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association and the Oregon Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Diversity in Our Community

Kranovich Law believes in the importance of promoting cultural diversity within our community. Our firm is dedicated to advocating for and working towards creating a more diverse society. We are committed to working with various organizations and businesses to promote the education and development of minorities in our community and equal access to justice. Our firm will continue to promote fair and just treatment of all people under the law regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or economic status.
